Privacy Policy
At Dripology, your privacy is a priority. This policy explains what we collect when you visit dripology.co, book a treatment, use our online tools, or contact us — how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. For our prescription telehealth practices, see the separate Dripology Rx policy at dripologyrx.com/privacy. Purchases on our online store are governed by the Dripology Store privacy policy.

5. Security & Data Protection

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protected health information created in the course of clinical care is handled in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy laws.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — to provide services, maintain your account and booking history, comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes — after which we delete or de-identify it.

AI Assistant (“Margot”)
Our website and our page at dripology.co/talk offer an AI-powered concierge named “Margot.” Margot is an automated assistant — not a person, nurse, or physician. Margot provides general information about Dripology’s wellness and aesthetic services to help you explore options. Margot does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for a consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. Treatment decisions are made only after an evaluation by a licensed provider, in person or via telehealth.
Please do not share sensitive personal health information, passwords, or payment details in the chat. If you choose to provide your email so we can send you information or follow up, we use it as described in this Privacy Policy. Conversations with Margot may be stored and reviewed by Dripology to improve the quality, accuracy, and safety of the service, and may be processed by trusted third-party AI providers acting on our behalf. By using Margot, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. For any medical concern, please consult a licensed clinician or book a consultation.
