Mobile IV Therapy for Group and Private Events in Santa Monica and NYC

Dripology

A single mobile IV visit is straightforward: one client, one drip, one address. Booking for a group or a private event runs on a different set of decisions — how many guests, what each person wants, how much space a visit actually needs, and how the timing lines up with whatever the event is built around. With dinners, launches, and family visits back on the fall calendar, here is how that process works at our Santa Monica and NYC locations.

How Headcount Changes the Booking Conversation

A solo mobile visit is built around one person’s schedule and one drip. A group visit has to account for several guests receiving IVs around the same window, which changes the planning: how much time each drip realistically takes, whether guests start at staggered intervals or closer to all at once, and how much room is available for a private setup. Our team asks for a rough headcount and a preferred time window when you book, so the visit can be sized to the time available. Larger gatherings and structured events — weddings, brand activations, milestone celebrations — are handled through Dripology’s events offering, where each gathering is quoted after a short call rather than estimated on the spot.

What to Plan Before Our Team Arrives

Space and privacy matter more for a group visit than for a single one. A bedroom or quiet corner works for a single client, but a group needs a room where people can sit or recline comfortably while a drip runs — typically 30 to 90 minutes depending on the protocol, with NAD+ sessions running longer depending on the dose. A den, home office, or hotel suite living area gives guests more privacy than an open party space. It also helps to know ahead of time whether any guest has allergies, is pregnant, or is taking medications that could interact with a given formula — that is a conversation for your clinician before the appointment, not something to sort out in the room with other guests around.

Matching the Right Drip to Each Guest

Not every guest at the same event wants the same drip, and the mobile menu carries the same lineup available in-studio — Hydrate, Energy, Recover, Immunity, Immunity+, Beauty, Detox, Royal Flush, and NAD+ Therapy. A guest flying in that morning might want straightforward hydration. Someone hosting a photo-heavy event might ask about the Beauty drip. A guest recovering from a demanding week might lean toward Recover or Immunity+ — though which formula suits which guest depends on individual health history, and outcomes vary from person to person. Your clinician reviews each guest’s health history individually, even within a group booking, and a formula appropriate for one guest is not automatically appropriate for another sharing the same room. Guests in the same visit can choose different drips.

Santa Monica and NYC: Fees and What Is Included

Every standard mobile visit carries a delivery fee on top of the drips each guest selects — current pricing for both locations is on the treatment menu. Events are priced differently, so if your gathering is larger or more structured, the events page linked above explains how those are quoted. See how mobile IV works in Los Angeles for what the service covers before you book; the Manhattan concierge option follows the same approach.

If you are planning a group visit for a dinner, launch, or family gathering this fall, the easiest way to start is to tell our team the headcount and rough time window when you book. Browse the full treatment menu to see what each drip includes and current pricing at both locations.
