About the Role

• First point of contact for clients in person, by phone, and by text — setting the tone for the whole visit.
• Manage scheduling, intake, payments, and day-to-day front-of-house operations.
• Support membership and package sales, and help keep the space running at a concierge standard.

Requirements

• Prior front-desk or hospitality experience, ideally at a med spa, aesthetic clinic, or luxury hospitality concept.
• Comfortable with booking/scheduling software (Boulevard experience a plus).
• Warm, organized, and unflappable under a busy schedule.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.

Compensation

• This is our Admin role, and it starts at $20/hr.
• Tons of room to grow — this seat is the doorway into the rest of the business.
• Sales bonus opportunities on memberships and packages.
