Accessibility Statement

Dripology

Dripology is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Dripology.co aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We have completed an internal accessibility review and are progressively remediating any identified issues.

Measures we have taken

  • Conducted an internal accessibility audit against WCAG 2.1 AA across all primary public pages, including service pages, the menu, FAQ, contact, and treatment-finder.
  • Added a “skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users on every page.
  • Added accessible labels to interactive elements that previously relied on visual cues alone.
  • Improved keyboard focus visibility across forms, buttons, and links.
  • Confirmed semantic landmark structure (header, navigation, main content, footer) on every page.
  • Maintain an internal log of accessibility improvements as they are made.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, the following areas may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA:

  • Third-party booking widget (Boulevard): portions of our online appointment booking are provided by Boulevard. We are working with Boulevard regarding their accessibility conformance. If you experience any difficulty booking online, please call our front desk and we will assist you directly: Los Angeles +1 (424) 255-4144 · New York City +1 (646) 480-2891.
  • Third-party reviews widget (Trustindex / Google Reviews): the embedded reviews widget is provided by a third party. The substance of every review is also available directly on our Google Business Profile pages.
  • Color contrast on some accent elements: certain accent uses of our brand cyan (#26B8EB) and gold do not yet meet WCAG AA contrast minimums in all contexts. We are reviewing these elements and will update them as part of ongoing remediation.
  • Embedded media: some legacy embedded videos may not yet have full captions or transcripts. We are reviewing all media for caption coverage.
