We’re known for luxury experience, elite clientele, and clinical standards that meet the moment. Our team treats hospitality like infrastructure — and we’re looking for someone who’ll treat this role the same way.

The Real Talk

We’re hiring for longevity. The last few people in this seat treated it as a transition role, and we’d rather invest in one person who wants to build a career with Dripology over the next 3–5 years than keep rebuilding the team every 12 months. What You’ll Own

Front of House

  • Run daily operations with concierge-level standards
  • Manage scheduling, intake, payments, and client flow in Boulevard
  • Handle escalations, rebookings, and difficult clients without breaking stride
  • Lead checkout, upsells, and membership conversion

Marketing & Brand

  • Capture and coordinate social content during treatments and events
  • Build branded visuals in Canva for promotions and in-clinic campaigns
  • Collaborate with the executive team on creative direction
  • Help develop and execute local partnerships and collabs

Events & Activations

  • Lead front-of-house for weekend events, brand activations, and luxury collaborations
  • Coordinate setup, breakdown, guest flow, and staffing
  • Represent Dripology in rooms that matter

Who You Are

  • You’ve run front of house before — ideally at a med spa, aesthetic clinic, or luxury hospitality concept
  • You know Boulevard or a comparable booking system inside out
  • You’ve worked with high-profile or high-expectation clients and know how to make them feel taken care of
  • You can sell without it feeling like a pitch — memberships, packages, retail
  • You’re fluent in Instagram, can shoot and edit basic content, and know what “on-brand” means without being told
  • You’re proactive, not reactive — you spot what needs fixing before anyone tells you
  • You want a career home, not a stepping stone

Schedule

  • 32–40 hours per week, including Saturdays and select Sundays
  • Santa Monica location

Compensation & Growth

  • $25–32/hr depending on experience
  • Performance bonuses tied to membership sales, retention, and client satisfaction
  • Year 1: Own front desk operations and marketing execution
  • Year 2: Oversee staff scheduling, training, and client retention programs
  • Year 3+: General Manager track as we expand to additional locations
  • IV therapy and treatment perks
