Hamed Afshari, co-founder and CEO of Dripology, started his nursing career at one of the most prestigious cancer research institutions in the world - MD Anderson Cancer Center. As an ICU nurse there, he's seen and experienced things that have taught him the true value of prestigious compassionate care - afterall, his patients' comfort truly depended on it. His time at MD Anderson, and then later Cedar Sinai in Los Angeles, laid the core foundations that Dripology's high standards are built upon. His passion in healthcare and dedication to helping the greater community created a vision of accessible autonomous wellness - something he wanted to share with his fellow healthcare workers. These characteristics and aspirations are what solidified Dripology as a top tier health and wellness company.

Ash K Holm, co-founder and married to Hamed, is an incredible brand representative for Dripology and has instilled her professional practices and values into how Dripology treats our clients. As a celebrity make-up artist for celebrities (Kim Kardashian West, Khloe Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Ariana Grande, Katy Perry, Camilla Cabello, Kristin Cavallari, Madelyn Cline, Eva Longoria, Kaia Gerber, to name a few). She is an expert on professionalism and best practices when it comes to client care and etiquette. When Hamed and Ash first explored the idea of concierge IV services, it was as clients with another company. The experience was unsatisfactory to say the least. It quickly made them realize the need to raise the expectations and standards of service in such a revolutionary industry. They understood: to be a top-tier wellness service provider they would need to provide a top-tier experience. To accomplish that, they needed a top-tier staff with impeccable training standards.

Growth and Development

Jillian Alvarez came to Dripology with 8 years of experience as an ER Charge Nurse at a Los Angeles County Emergency & Level 1 Trauma Center, where the expertise of her skill was crucial. Jillian's experience in high stakes environments along with a background in education and training made her the perfect person to ensure the nurses working with Dripology met the quality standards that our patients deserve.

Each of our nurses have worked in the ER and, when they come to Dripology, are carefully vetted and trained. Only qualified nurses who have demonstrated expertise and who are not only confident in their skills, but excited to learn new skills, are approved for appointments. In fact, they help Dripology raise the bar on proper patient etiquette and how to ensure their patient's experience is top notch.

For years, we've been functioning without a brick and mortar, delivering our services and skills as gracious guests in our clients' homes. Last month, our dreams of someday becoming the hospitable hosts came to fruition. With the opening of our Santa Monica Drip Spa, we were able to open our doors to our community and to offer them a beautiful peaceful space that flips the switch on the norms of the industry.
